Cheryl Zeidman is a Certified Physician Assistant at Waccamaw Dermatology and joined the team in 2022. Cheryl was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science Education from the University of Florida. Upon graduating, she worked in the Burn Intensive Care Unit at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL. She then pursued her Master’s Degree in Physican Assistant Studies from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Cheryl has been practicing dermatology since 2006. She has extensive knowledge and experience in general and surgical dermatology and superficial radiation therapy and develops close, long-lasting relationships with her patients.
Before joining Waccamaw Dermatology, Cheryl practiced dermatology in Florida for 15 years and relocated to South Carolina in 2021. Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young children, traveling, movies, and music.
