Dr. Winter received her medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine. She completed her dermatology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Hospital in New York. She recently attended an executive Master’s program at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and received a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. She brings years of experience in dermatology and is excited to be practicing in the Waccamaw neck.
