Billing and Insurance Team Lead

Alicia joined the Waccamaw Dermatology Team in 2000. She is a Certified Professional Biller and is Waccamaw Dermatology’s Billing and Insurance Team Lead. She has been in medical billing for over 24 years.  Alicia is an avid Duke Blue Devils Basketball fan. In the off-season,  she enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with family and friends.  

Dr. Coakley and staff are by far the best professional, personable and efficient folks I have ever dealt with. I have had well over nine different surgeries over the years at four other dermatologists offices. I would highly recommend Waccamaw Dermatology and especially Dr. Coakley. A special shout out to Holly who is so good at what she does.
