Neil Pennington

Neil Pennington serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Waccamaw Dermatology, bringing over two decades of distinguished experience in healthcare management and corporate finance to his role. Recognized for his strong leadership, strategic vision, and expertise across various facets of the healthcare industry, Neil’s career has been a dynamic blend of executive positions, consulting engagements, and entrepreneurship, consistently yielding innovative solutions and driving organizational success.  Neil is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Neil enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four children. An accomplished sailor, he has captained his catamaran, Limitless, across the Atlantic Ocean. Together with his family, they have sailed to three continents, twenty-six countries and countless islands.
