Alicia Clark

With over 20 years in the healthcare industry, Alicia’s experience extends from her time as a Blue Cross Blue Shield Provider Relations Manager who handles provider contracting, negotiations and credentialing, to Director of Billing Operations, Senior Practice Administrator for both clinical and non-clinical staff and as VP of Client Services for a large healthcare firm.

Alicia’s true joy comes in watching others succeed, and over the years she has been able to bring that “can-do” culture and optimism into every position she has held within the healthcare industry. Her deep expertise and wide range of experience from operations to strategy and high-level management have led to many incredible successes for practices nationwide. Over the years, Alicia has been involved in writing several healthcare related white papers and blog posts, as well as offering trainings from such topics as coding and proper documentation, to best overall processes and efficiencies as related to a medical practice.

Alicia enjoys spending time with family, travel, hiking, reading and interior design.
