The use of provided information will only extend to the patients’ needs concerning health care, insurance, billing, labs, and other necessary procedures. Waccamaw Dermatology is HIPAA-compliant and strives to put our patients first by taking great care of their personal information.

Please note that you are responsible for your payments. Please confirm in advance with your insurance that your treatment is covered by your health plan. Waccamaw Dermatology will provide you with the appropriate claim forms to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. All cosmetic, all laser treatments and some other procedures are not covered by insurance. 

Note: all insurance deductibles and copays will be collected at your appointment. If you have a non-participating insurance plan or are receiving a treatment not covered by insurance, you will be responsible for the total payment.
